Fitbit Flex Review

Fitness trackers are very common these days with many people worrying about their health. One of the options is the Fitbit Flex by Fitbit. This tracker uses Bluetooth to sync data on Steps, Distance, Calories Burned and Active Minutes. However, the battery life is five days because of the good use of Bluetooth 4.0.

The tracker is very useful as it comes with a large and a small band so you only need to buy one and that will be it which is rare to find in this field. Also, the Flex tracks your sleep, food intake (not automatic), water (not automatic) and weight (not automatic). Anything that isn't automatically tracked can be inputted by you via the app. The app is very useful as it takes different features from many apps and moulds them into one user-friendly application for Windows (including phone), Mac, Android, iOS.

The tracker is quite accurate and tracks well. The design is very nice and the device fits nicely on the wrist and is very thin. The display has 5 LEDs and each one lights up per 20% of your goal which is useful although sometimes you are left guessing about how many steps you have actually done.

Overall, if you are not incredibly serious about your fitness but want a fitness tracker then this is a great tracker for you. If you are getting very serious about health and fitness then I would recommend a Fitbit that is more expensive but can measure heartrate called the Charge HR.
